About these terms
These terms cover your use of richerroad.com, run by Richer Road (ABN 22 693 549 847), an independent business based in New South Wales, Australia (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them.
Planning and education only
Richer Road is a planning and education tool. It is not financial, credit, legal or tax advice, and we don’t recommend lenders, loans or financial products. You choose your strategy. Dates and amounts are estimates based on the numbers you enter, assuming they stay the same. For exact figures, ask your lender. If you need personal help, free services can help.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or over.
Your account
You sign in with links sent to your email, so keep your email account secure. Don’t share sign-in links. You can download your data or delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
Free features
The planner, dashboard, your month, savings goals, bills and subscriptions calendar for up to 3 bills, monthly check-in, milestone cards, guides and calculators are free. Reminder emails, unlimited bills and the view of what each pay has to cover are part of the full plan. We may improve or change them over time.
The full plan
The full plan is a one-off payment at the price shown on our site, which already includes any sales tax, VAT or GST. It is not a subscription and never renews. You keep access for as long as Richer Road operates. If we ever close, we’ll email members at least 30 days before, so you can download your plan.
Who you pay
Payments are processed by Stripe’s Managed Payments service. Link (Sold through Link, LLC), a Stripe service, is the merchant of record for your purchase. That’s why your receipt comes from Link and your card statement shows LINK.COM* followed by our name. Link handles the payment, the receipt and any sales tax, VAT or GST. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us. For help with a payment you can contact us or Link support.
Refunds
Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of buying for a full refund. No questions asked. Send us a message and choose “A refund”, using the email you paid with. We refund to the card you paid with, and your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.
After 14 days we look at each request fairly. Your rights under consumer law (below) apply at any time.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live, such as the Australian Consumer Law or the UK Consumer Rights Act.
Affiliate links
Some people find us through affiliates who earn a commission when someone they introduce buys the full plan. It doesn’t change the price you pay. Affiliates must clearly tell their audience that they earn a commission.
Using the site fairly
Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it or use it for anything unlawful. Don’t enter other people’s information without their permission.
Our content
The site, tools, text, videos and design belong to us or our licensors. Share your milestone cards freely. Please don’t copy the rest without permission.
Liability
We work hard to keep the maths correct and the site available, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for decisions you make using the estimates, or for indirect losses. This doesn’t exclude any guarantee or right that consumer law gives you.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above, and for important changes we’ll email members.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Consumers can also rely on the laws of the country where they live.
