About these terms

These terms are between you and the business that runs Richer Road. Richer Road is run by Richer Road, ABN 22 693 549 847. By applying, you agree to them. This is version 1.1, dated 28 October 2026.

Joining

  • You must be 18 or over and apply with your own details. One account per person or business.
  • We approve or decline each application. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
  • Approved affiliates get the full plan free while they’re affiliates.

Commission

  • You earn your rate, shown on your dashboard, on the price before tax of each full-plan sale credited to you.
  • Founding affiliates keep the rate they were approved at for as long as they remain affiliates.
  • Your own purchases don’t earn commission.
  • One tier only: you earn nothing from other affiliates, and you can’t recruit affiliates for commission.

Who gets credit

  1. A creator code typed at checkout wins.
  2. Otherwise, the last affiliate link clicked on the buyer’s device within the link window.
  3. Otherwise, the affiliate whose link the buyer signed up through, within the sign-up window.

The current windows: 50% commission, held 30 days, paid monthly on day 15 once your approved balance reaches 50 in the sale’s currency. Links count for 30 days; sign-ups through your link count for 90 days. If another affiliate’s link takes over, your click still shows on your dashboard; we never name the other affiliate.

Holds, refunds and payouts

  • Each commission is held to cover the 14-day refund window, then approved.
  • Approved commissions are paid monthly on the payout day once your balance in a currency reaches the minimum. Smaller balances roll over.
  • If a sale is refunded or disputed, its commission is reversed. If it was already paid, the amount comes off your next payout.
  • We pay by PayPal or Wise to the email you choose. Your payout service may charge you a fee to receive it.
  • You’re responsible for your own tax. We may ask for a tax form where the law requires it.

Disclosure

Every post, video, email or page that links to Richer Road or mentions your code must say clearly that you earn a commission, before or next to the link, in words your audience will understand. In video, say it out loud and show it on screen. Use the platform’s branded-content tools as well. See the disclosure wording for examples.

What you must not say

  • No promises of income, savings, results or dates (“debt-free in a year”, “save thousands”).
  • Never describe Richer Road as financial advice, debt relief, debt consolidation, credit repair or credit counselling, or say it improves credit scores.
  • Don’t name or recommend lenders, cards, balance transfers, refinancing or investments alongside Richer Road.
  • Don’t pretend to be Richer Road, speak for it, or offer support on its behalf.
  • No fake reviews or testimonials, and no posing as a customer you aren’t.
  • Nothing aimed at people under 18.

Financial advice: keep it general

Most creators aren’t licensed to give financial or credit advice. In Australia, ASIC treats a paid recommendation or opinion about a financial product as advice, and other countries have similar rules. So:

  • Talk about Richer Road and your own experience with it. Don’t tell anyone which credit card, loan, account, insurance, super, pension or investment to choose, keep or switch to.
  • Don’t say a strategy is right for someone, such as velocity banking, an offset account, refinancing or consolidating debts. You can say Richer Road compares options on their own numbers and they choose.
  • In comments, replies and messages, don’t give personal money advice. Point people to the free tool, or to free debt help if they’re struggling.
  • No luxury-lifestyle content: don’t pair Richer Road with displays of wealth, “quit your job” or get-rich messages.
  • If you hold a financial services or credit licence, or act for someone who does, your own obligations apply as well. Richer Road isn’t your licensee and doesn’t authorise you to give advice.
  • Follow the rules where you and your audience live, such as ASIC’s guidance on discussing financial products online, the US FTC Endorsement Guides and the UK CAP Code.

Where you must not promote

  • No paid search or social ads on “Richer Road”, its misspellings or richerroad.com, and no ads that send people straight to our site.
  • No coupon, cashback or deal sites.
  • No spam, hidden links, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or paying people to click.

Checks

We look at posts that link to Richer Road. We may ask you to change or remove something, reverse commission earned in breach of these terms, and pause or close your account. We’ll always tell you why.

Changes

We give at least 30 days’ notice by email before any change. Changes never apply to sales made before they take effect. A founding rate never changes.

Leaving

Either of us can end this at any time. We pay your approved commission at the next payout date, even below the minimum, unless your account was closed for breaking these terms.

Your information

We keep your name, email, where you post, country and payout details to run the programme, and share your payout details only with PayPal or Wise to pay you. Clicks are recorded without any details of the people who click. See our privacy policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Nothing in them limits rights you have by law where you live.
